Education/Experience, what teaches better?

Two incidents from road side become the inspiration for today’s blog. First- On my way to airport at one of the red lights I saw a kid performing certain acts as soon as he saw few big cars, he went in front of them and performed acts in order to gain there attention and then asked for money. Second- I saw an ice cream man standing next to a Pucka (Gol Gapey/Pani Puri) wala near Kolkata airport, and as I took an ice cream from him to sooth my burning tongue I complemented him for the choice of place where he was standing, he made the most of the opportunity as people who would feel the hot of chilly would go to him, but he had a better reason to stand there, he said” arey didi sab ladkiyo ko chatpata pasand hota hai, isliye gol gapey waley k paas zyada log aatey hain, yaha khadey honey se zyada log aatey hain”. What that young kid and this old man followed was simple, utilizing the opportunity to maximum to generate there individual incomes. They both had never gone to MBA schools and must have probably never heard of it, but what they did was simple, using their brains in the right direction in order to achieve better source of income. I was also reading an article that said that most of the billionaires actually never went to graduate schools either. Moral of the story is simple, “where there is a will, there is a way”. Knowledge is in you in your brain all you need to do is to storm it, experience is the best teacher.

Disclaimer:- not everyone has the potential to dig the knowledge form within and realize the intellect in ourselves, hence it’s important to be educated and we shouldn’t be ashamed of learning things formally, be it at any age.
